Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least a 24-hour notice. Clients who cancel their appointment with less than a 24-hour notice, will still be expected to pay for their session in full. If you have an emergency situation, please talk directly with Libby and arrangements can be made.

Late Arrival: Your session might be shortened in order to keep on schedule with other appointments.  The full amount of payment will still be expected, as if we started on time.
