What is Access Bars?

Updated: Jul 21, 2023

Access Bars is a tool used to help people make positive shifts in their lives and bodies that they haven’t been able to change up until this point.

Access Bars is a relaxing, destressing, well-being technique that uses light touch on the head. It is gentle on the body, but impactful on the soul. When you arrive for your session, you will lie down on a massage table (fully clothed) and just relax.

The best part is it does not require you to talk about your problems or issues.

Every Access Bars session is different depending on what your body and soul want to release. One session you might release outdated beliefs about body image and aging. During the second session, you might unlock issues surrounding money and control.

You will dictate what and how much you get out of each session.

The more open you are to change, the more you will receive.

Access Bars helps you reduce the noise in your head telling you that you’re not good enough or that you can’t accomplish what you dream about. It not only clears the negative words you tell yourself, it also clears the energy around the words.

Clearing the energy gives you more space to create the things you want in your life.

As you release old destructive belief patterns, the way you live your life will change for the better.
